....basically your favorite childhood sandwich, but in healthy breakfast form! Think: rolled oats, your choice of milk, chia seeds, and of course, peanut butter and jelly. It's delicious, nutritious and can (and should!) be prepped the night before so breakfast is ready to go when you wake up in the morning!
