I hope you're having a great day so far. Thank you so much for joining me. Today I've got an absolutely delicious recipe to share with you - Strawberry Pretzel Pie.
This pie has a salty pretzel crust that balances the sweet cheesecake filling and deliciously fresh strawberry gelatin topping perfectly! I'm here to tell you that each bite is heaven!

I am a sucker for anything strawberry. I mean, they are my most favorite fruit. Or pies, even! You can't go wrong with a pie, and they're great for summer desserts, too!
So, when I saw this Strawberry Pretzel Pie recipe in my friend, Christi's new cookbook, I just had to make it. I hope you like this recipe as much as we do!
