Below you'll find a few recipes that made it onto my own kitchen table this week, plus a few I can't quite share yet. A bright spring dessert that feels made for Easter, an easy one dish dinner my kids keep asking for, a meal preppable breakfast, and a healthy fast food copycat are all in the works. It was a good week for recipe development! Below you'll also find The Good List with some recent favorites.
Enjoy and eat something delicious this weekend!

On Our Table This Week
A peek at a few of the real-life recipes we made at home this week!
Brazilian Stroganoff - my son living in Ecuador called and said their Brazilian friends made this for them and it reminded him of home- so good!
Easy Tortilla Egg Bake- we love this one as both a snack and a meal, I love how versatile it is.
Salad Bar Dinner - One of my kids favorite meals! We had some leftover cooked chicken and I chopped up lettuce, tomato, red onions and other stray veggies from the fridge. Added some quick baked bacon, avocado, hard boiled eggs, and our favorite Buttermilk Ranch Dressing, of course. Everyone builds their own!
The Good List is where I share the food, finds, and everyday favorites I'd tell you about if you were sitting at my kitchen counter!
Tis the Season
Listen. I'm aware this is a hot take. But I think the Royal Dark Cadbury Eggs are way better than the original and I'll stand by that forever!
Garbage Disposal Deep Clean
These little packets bring me way more joy than they should. You put the entire packet (wrapper and all) in your disposal and it puts on a foaming show and leaves everything so clean. I use one every few days or after the sink has worked extra that day. Keep an eye on my IG stories and I'll show them in action.
Softside Chair
I've been working on a home office refresh and felt stuck in between office chairs that were either budget-friendly, but probably low quality and lacking comfort, and high quality designer chairs that were a huge investment. This chair from Branch was the perfect in between. Amazing price point and I've been using it for about a month now and love it so much that we just bought 2 more for my husband's office.
Essential Calendar
This is what I use to plan out all of my recipe content, but it would be great for family scheduling, too. I like the Seasonal Format option, but there are lots of choices. Next week I get to put up my fresh "Spring" one so it's a good time to grab one if you want to start at the top! I love seeing things one season at a time. It's awesome for planning and visualization.
Space Saving Strainer
I've had this for years and used it almost every day this week. I love that it collapses down for easy storage, sits nicely over a sink, and is really easy to clean.
