I was thinking this morning about who these meal plans really help the most.
And honestly, it's probably not who you think.
π« It's not someone looking to lose a bunch of weight with every bite mapped out.
π« It's not for someone who wants every macro or calorie counted, or entire food groups cut out.
π« And it's not for someone who wants to cook every day because they have nothing better to do.
Since August, over 2,200 busy women have purchased my 52 weeks of meal plans, and the one thing they all have in common is this:
π they just want their week to feel a little easier.
Sure, they want to eat better, feel better, and save money - and these meal plans help with all of that - but they don't want it to be complicated.
They want - no, they need - it to be easy.
So if your weeks have been looking something like this lately…
ππ»♀️ You get home from work, you're exhausted, and it's frozen pizza or boxed mac and cheese again.
ππ»♀️ You're spending way more on takeout than you want to because it's just easier at the end of the day (even though it doesn't make you feel great).
ππ»♀️ You're constantly thinking about what you're going to make, but never actually feeling ahead.
ππ»♀️ You want to eat better, but you don't even know where to start - and you definitely don't have time to sit and search for recipes or put a plan together.
I get it, because this was me.
For years.
Trying to juggle work, kids, sports schedules, everything… and dinner just felt like one more thing I had to figure out every single day. It was exhausting.
And now I hear the same thing over and over again from women using them.
Once they have a plan, everything just feels easier.
π They're not thinking about meals all day anymore or stressing over what to make.
π They're eating better and making progress without obsessing over every bite.
π And they're saving money because they're not relying on takeout as much.
It finally feels like something is working.
And I've used and continue to use these meal plans in every season of life.
When my kids were little, when life felt completely chaotic, during busy sports seasons… and even now with my girls off to college.
Having a simple plan is what helps me stay consistent.
Not perfect - just consistent.
And that alone takes so much of the mental load off your plate.
And when you go into your week already knowing what you're making, already having what you need, and having even a little bit prepped ahead for your busiest night…
everything just feels more manageable. And that's the truth.
Right now, through Monday night, you can get:
π All 52 weeks of my meal plans (breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks), including nutritional information, prep-ahead tips, and organized grocery lists
π Plus, as a bonus—perfect for spring—my 10-Day Healthy Smoothie Challenge. This is the easiest way to get back on track with healthy habits. Simple, quick smoothies that help boost your energy, keep you full, and give you an easy win to start your day.
