I have a confession to make: I messed up this week’s recipe. Well, not messed up, exactly, but I changed my mind about it at the last minute. It was a sort of giant seeded crostini, like toast crusted in sesame and flax seeds. And while that was very fun and all, and was indeed good eating, it felt a bit gimmicky, so I decided to sack it off despite a couple of test runs.
