I still can't believe how quick these are to make when they just taste SO GOOD. Serve with roasted potatoes and a salad, or eat them right off the cutting board (honestly, my preference).
This was a favorite from our SOS series last year! Just an easy but EXTREMELY GOOD curry, thanks to those shrimp, herbs, and the shallot crispies all over top!
I call this my Bad Mood Pasta because it can turn any day around! Make it a full meal with some grilled chicken (gasp! we can grill?!) and a roasted veggie on the side.
Crispy chicken tenders brushed with a jar of tikka masala sauce, a fresh cucumber crunch with a creamy slaw, and quick-pickled onions. WOAH. This is such a good one.
I seriously cannot stop making these bowls. Crispy tofu with store-bought teriyaki sauce and lots of fresh crunchy veg. I like mine drizzled generously with spicy mayo and a shower of crispy onions. π
