This pork can be cooked in an air fryer and then placed in a dish, covered, and kept in a warm oven for an hour or so before serving. Slice it when ready to serve. Leftovers of this pork, chopped small, work great in quesadillas or burritos. Serve this pork tenderloin with cheesy smashed potatoes and drop biscuits. | | The dressing for this salad can be made up to a week ahead of time. The marinated and grilled chicken can be made a day or so ahead of time, and the pita croutons can also be made in advance and stored in an airtight container. | This skillet meal can be served as-is...or is delicious wrapped up in tortillas (with extra cheese!). It makes great lunch leftovers. | | This is a super fast and simple meal that works great if you need dinner in 20 or 30 minutes. It can be served over rice or quinoa. We love serving this with skillet green beans (or peas steamed in the microwave). | This sheet pan panini is ultra-customizable to meats/cheeses you have on hand. It's best made right before serving (leftovers are *fine* but it's best eaten right after it's been warmed in the oven). Serve this with a quick green salad, chips or crackers, and/or fresh fruit and veggies. | | You'll need a deep 12-inch skillet for this recipe (if you don't have one, it can be made in a saucepan). Serve with 1-hour breadsticks, if you have the time, or a simple roasted vegetable. | π Happy menu planning! π More Meal Planning Inspiration |
