Lately, I've had so many fun conversations with people out in the wild - in line at the grocery store, walking around at the State Fair, at the park with kids - who stop to tell me about a recipe they made and loved.
First of all: Daria, Chelsie, Brooke, Sonja, Ashley, Kathy - it's been so fun to meet you this week!
And secondly, whether this week or any time of the year, I love hearing about the recipes that you have loved. It's so fun. New, old, things your kids have loved, things your husband enjoys, things that get you out of a rut. It's awesome. Thank you for sharing little bits of your life with me!
Here's what I've been hearing about from you lately!
This one's been around a long time and I still love it so much. Great on sandwiches, burgers, or in bowls, or just dipped straight out of the blender with chips.
I really can't quit with this smoothie! I recently tried it as a vanilla cherry smoothie instead of chocolate (thanks, Amanda!) and it was SO good. Long live the cherry smoothie!
High protein, high flavor! Air fryer chicken nestled into a steamy bowl of perfectly chewy chickpea Banza. The sauce on top is a calabrian chili sauce and it really just makes the whole thing sing!
This has been the recipe of summer for a lot of us. ❤️ Personally I think the pesto mayo is the best part - it adds the perfect punch of herby goodness!
Simple but perfect - salty-sweet salmon bathed in a coconut curry sauce with steamy rice. There's really not much more to report. Salmon has never been this good!
So many of your kids have made this one and I love it so much! It's silky, flavorful, and delightfully clingy and chewy. This has become such a favorite.
Of all the blender muffins on the blog, this might be my favorite - the zucchini makes these so wonderfully tender, and they've become an essential recipe to my summer repertoire.
