| UFC Fighter Subdues Suspect Former UFC champion and Olympic wrestler Henry Cejudo subdued a driver who attempted to flee after crashing into a home in Cejudo's Phoenix neighborhood on Friday night. After the crash, the suspected driver, 22-year-old Angel Cota, allegedly punched the homeowner before he and three passengers attempted to run away. A pajama-clad Cejudo chased down Cota. "I ended up lifting him, dropping him, slapped him around a little bit, and just pretty much controlled him," he said. "He wasn't that tough."
Police responded and arrested Cota, who faces charges of DUI and assault. | Infamous Prisoner Kills Three Inmates An Arizona prison inmate serving 16 life sentences killed three other inmates at a state prison in Tucson on Friday, officials said. Authorities say Ricky Wassenaar acted "with intent to harm" in killing fellow inmates Saul Alvarez, Thorne Harnage, and Donald Lashley during an altercation at Arizona State Prison. The three were serving time for charges that included murder and child molestation. In 2004, Wassenaar, then an inmate at a prison in Buckeye, took two guards hostage for 15 days in one of the nation's longest prison standoffs.
