🫛 The perfect bowl or salad topper!
Sometimes I get sick of tofu and tempeh and crave another option for topping my grain bowls or salads. I've been making these quite a bit lately, usually as part of a rice bowl with roasted vegetables, some thinly sliced cucumber, green onions, and a heavy drizzle of homemade peanut sauce.It's hard to stop snacking on these once they're done. The ones on the edges of the air fryer that look almost overdone are truly the best. SO crispy! I also love that you can take these edamame in lots of different flavor directions.
