Hi there reader, I'm really looking forward to bringing you a "Bake of the Month" each month in 2025! 🥳 It'll be a recipe that's either new or I've made it recently and was reminded of how awesome it is! 😂🏆🌟 Our April Bake of the Month: White Texas Sheet Cake​ ​ Get the Recipe! ​ Ingredients: water ​salted butter​ ​all-purpose flour​ ​granulated sugar​ ​baking soda​ ​salt​ ​sour cream , plain Greek yogurt 2 large eggs ​almond extract​ For the frosting: milk ​salted butter​ ​powdered sugar​ ​almond extract​ Berries, for topping, if desired ⏰️Make Ahead Instructions: This cake tastes great made a day in advance. Cover well and store at room temperature or in the fridge. Add the fresh fruit just before serving. ❄️Freezing Instructions: Cover the cake well with aluminum foil and freeze for up to 3 months (without fruit on top).
