Lovin' a good meal at a cha chaan teng (tea restaurant) but the combination of beef, egg, and tomato wouldn't have been my first pick - it's usually just egg with either beef or tomato, not both. This was my husband's meal, which I of course had to try, and the combination of the three actually works really well!
