| Hi reader! I've come to fully understand why fast food is such an attractive option for busy families on the go. My kids' sports calendars exploded this spring and eating a homemade dinner together can happen at either 4pm, or 9pm. 🥴 That said, we've become well-versed in the art of making meals that can be eaten on the run, or staggered throughout the evening. Choose from over 20 gluten free recipes below, including casseroles and dishes that can be cooked then kept warm on a warming tray, and crock pot recipes that are ready to eat when you are. PS: don't forget to make a weekly batch of these for a quick boost of energy when you need it! ⭐️ Cook then Keep Warm Cook then store in the oven set to "warm", on a warming tray, or cover with a lid or foil to keep warm.
👍🏻 Assemble from the Crock Pot Slow cook in the afternoon then set your crock pot to the "warm" setting. Assemble the bowls, sandwiches, etc, when you're ready to eat.
😊 Crowd-Pleasing Casseroles Cover the baked casserole with foil and place on a warming tray, or in the oven set to "warm".
