Hi reader!

I've come to fully understand why fast food is such an attractive option for busy families on the go. My kids' sports calendars exploded this spring and eating a homemade dinner together can happen at either 4pm, or 9pm. ๐Ÿฅด

That said, we've become well-versed in the art of making meals that can be eaten on the run, or staggered throughout the evening.

Choose from over 20 gluten free recipes below, including casseroles and dishes that can be cooked then kept warm on a warming tray, and crock pot recipes that are ready to eat when you are.

PS: don't forget to make a weekly batch of these for a quick boost of energy when you need it!
