This week, we're spreading the word about compound butters.
Before you say it: Yes, we're aware compound butter is by no means a new concept. But! We're spotting a new generation of these flavormaxxed-out butters taking over grocery shelves across the country. And it's not just the flavors you'd expect, either (although, there are a lot of garlic and herb butters from the likes of Kerrygold and … A.1. Steak Sauce?!).
Beyond a basket's worth of buttery tubs, we're sharing a few of our favorite pantry staples to cook and bake with.
