Tastes Better From Scratch

Hi there reader,

Busy nights call for easy dinners! If you're looking for stress-free meals that come together quickly, I've got you covered. These simple recipes are perfect for those nights when you are short on time and energy, but somehow, dinner still needs to happen! (SO basically every day, right?๐Ÿ˜…)

โœจPro Tip: Cook a big batch of chicken or ground beef at the beginning of the week and combine it with fast and satisfying/no-fuss sides and salads!

โ€‹#1 Broccoli Casserole (with literally 5 min of prep time, this casserole is the perfect way to dress up leftover meat that isn't quite enough for everyone on its own)

โ€‹

โ€‹#2 Homemade Mac and Cheese (I love to serve this with leftover or rotisserie chicken and cut veggies and ranch)

โ€‹

โ€‹#3 Lemon Chicken Piccata (๐ŸŽฅwatch the video!) This one looks fancy, but is ready in 30 minutes.

โ€‹

โ€‹#4 Mini Meatloaf (these cook WAY faster than traditional meatloaf and we love the crunchy edges!)

โ€‹

โ€‹#5 Pad Thai (A few simple steps and everything gets tossed together in the same pan!)

โ€‹

โ€‹#6 Pulled Pork (I love this recipe, but I think I love all of the leftovers it can make even more! Serve pulled pork in a sandwich, with nachos, tamales, tacos, burritos, etc. On super busy nights- I add it to a tossed salad!)

โ€‹

โ€‹#7 Breakfast Casserole (do yourself a favor and prep this up ahead of time- I think it actually tastes better!)

โ€‹

โ€‹#8 German Pancakes (Only six simple ingredients and five minutes to prepare- the perfect breakfast for dinner!)

Give these recipes a try, and let dinner be the easiest part of your day! ๐Ÿ’Ÿ
