I hope you had a great week! I'm finally starting to feel human again after being completely knocked out by the flu for almost two weeks.
Let me tell you, the only things that got me through were my blueberry smoothies and Italian chicken soup—pretty much the only foods I had an appetite for!
Anyway, I wanted to pop in real quick to share something with you. I put together a free 5-Day Smoothie & Salad Reset, and if you follow me on Instagram, you may have already seen me talk about it (or even signed up!).
This reset is my go-to whenever I'm feeling overwhelmed, off track, or just need something simple to focus on to build momentum again. I've been doing it for nearly a decade, and it always helps.

Now, let's talk about my goals for the week!
One of the hardest things about being sick—besides, well, being sick—is how much it throws off my routine. I haven't exercised in almost two weeks, and I can definitely feel it. So this week, I'm keeping things simple and focusing on just a few small habits to get back on track.
My goals this week:
✅ Lay out my workout gear every night so I'm ready to move in the morning. I'm not aiming for intense workouts—just getting back into a routine.
✅ Do my Smoothie & Salad Reset—one smoothie and one mason jar salad each day. It's so simple but works every time.
✅ Turn off my phone at 5:00 PM. I've been doing this the past few days, and honestly, it's been a game-changer. I tend to get way too caught up in scrolling, especially when I'm just lounging on the couch.
So, this week, I'm continuing to unplug and give my brain a break from social media.
That's it—keeping it small and simple, because that's what actually works!
