Hi reader
Welcome to The Reset & Flourish Weekly Collective!
It's been a while since I've sent out a weekly newsletter, and honestly? Life happens! Sometimes, we just need to take a step back, reset, and then jump back in when we're ready. But I'm so excited to be back, and I can't wait to connect with you each week.
What to Expect from The Reset & Flourish Weekly Collective
Every Sunday, I'll send you a little dose of inspiration by sharing my personal goals for the week—because I truly believe that seeing someone else take action can spark motivation in your own journey.
I'll also be honest about any challenges I face (because let's be real, they happen!) but, more importantly, I'll share solutions to help you keep moving forward with your own weight loss and healthy lifestyle goals.
I've been on this journey for over a decade, and I know firsthand the ups, downs, twists, turns, and even those crash-and-burn moments.
But I also know how incredible it feels to nourish your body, move with intention, and take care of your mind. My goal is to inspire and motivate you to keep going—no matter where you're starting from.
Each week, I'll also share:
✅ A recipe for you to try
✅ Inspiring articles on weight loss and healthy living
✅ Products, tools, or resources that might help you along the way
And I'd love to hear from you! If you ever have a question or a topic you'd like me to cover, just hit "reply" and let me know.
Let's Talk About This Past Week…
Okay, so not to start off on a low note, but—whew—I got hit hard with the flu this week. And let me tell you, it was a doozy. I was completely out of commission, and only now am I starting to feel somewhat human again.
One thing I noticed while being sick? I felt super overwhelmed at first because I had to stop everything and just rest. And as someone who struggles to slow down, that was tough. But sometimes, our bodies literally force us to take a break, and we just have to listen. So, I finally gave in, let myself reset, and focused on resting and healing.
Oh, and speaking of healing—this week's featured recipe is my Italian Chicken Soup because I basically lived off of it. Seriously, I ate an entire pot, and I swear it was exactly what the doctor ordered.
My Goals for the Week
Since I'm still recovering, I'm keeping things simple and gentle:
➡️ Ease back into my routine. The first step? Starting my mornings with a blueberry smoothie and having a Protein Power Mason Jar Salad for lunch each day. They're super easy to prep and help me stay on track without much effort.
➡️ Make another pot of chicken soup and keep dinners light this week.
➡️ Get back to moving. I didn't exercise at all last week (obviously), but I'm hoping to get in a few treadmill walks—just to shake off the stiffness and start moving again without overdoing it.
That's it—nothing fancy, just small steps to feeling 100% again.
I'd love to hear from you! What are your goals for the week? Hit "reply" and let me know!
Have a great day!
Tammy 💕
