Hi reader,

These two huge chocolate chip cookies have been waiting for such a time as this!

This is how it usually goes in our house: the house is chaotic, and then the girls go to bed, and we (the adults) enjoy the peace and quiet as we settle into the couch and sink our teeth into these thick, decadent, warm chocolate chip cookies. Just two. Extra huge. Super delicious.

If you're feeling generous enough to share, this recipe can be split into four reasonable-sized cookies to be shared with kids or neighbors. But I tend to be team two HUGE cookies. Especially on Valentine's Day.
