Hi reader,

Everyone at the office ate A FULL BURGER for lunch last week. Normally our shoot days involve a bite here, a bite there. But these guys went down fast and furious.

Bjork mentioned how much he liked them at least seven times. I went back for seconds. So maybe buffalo chicken burgers are my new favorite meal?

The flavor is SO GOOD. Slightly bitey with the heat from the buffalo sauce, but not aggressively hot. If we get out the ranch dressing, my kids even love them. And then you brush them with butter at the end, add the tang of the feta spread, pile some cooling lettuce on there, and tuck it into a toasted brioche bun? Game over.
