➡️ Start with the meal that gives you the most trouble.
If you're always hitting the vending machine or drive-thru for lunch, start there. Once you experience the pure joy of having a healthy lunch ready to grab and go, you'll be hooked.
Or, if dinner is the biggest stressor, pick the busiest night of your week and make sure dinner is prepped and ready to eat.
The biggest meal prep myth? That you need to prep an entire week's worth of meals in one day. Nope!
Meal prep should work for you. Start small. Keep it simple. And build up your routine only if you want to.
