Salty, sweet and crunchy goodness
We have been making teriyaki tofu (or tempeh) every week for the last month or so. I take my go-to air fried crispy tofu method and toss it up in a homemade, sticky, sweet and salty teriyaki sauce. In the blog post, I get into the origins of teriyaki, how the sauce/dish evolved over the years, and what I applied from those learnings to the recipe shared today. The air fryer makes this dinner happen extra quick! Broccoli florets cook alongside the tofu for the last 7 minutes or so and develop nice caramelized edges. I do offer some suggestions for baking in the oven though. Hope you love it! 🤍 | | | Be well and happy cooking! Laura | | | | | You received this email because you subscribed to our list. You can unsubscribe at any time.
