Hello everyone - hope you had a wonderful weekend! Today's recipe was born in pursuit of more interesting ways to use chicken mince. It's so lean, all too often dishes come out dry and bland!
BUT NOT TODAY. Taking inspiration from Lebanese pizzas, lahmacun, this is an extremely fast, extremely delicious way to turn a packet of chicken mince into dinner - though actually, you can use ANY ground meat!
