How to not quit doing the things you want to do

Hi reader,

Have you ever committed to something, yet felt like you wanted to give up early on when you had just barely started?

It's VERY common for someone to start something new for 7 days or 10 days or 30 days, and get to day 3 or 4 and feel like it's too hard and want to throw in the towel…

It honestly doesn't matter what you're trying to do.

  • Learn to cook
  • Budget
  • Meal plan
  • Play the piano
  • Learn ballet
  • Care for farm animals
  • Grow a garden
  • Ride a horse


If you've struggled with wanting to quit, this is where you need to practice consistency.

Continuing to put in the hard work over time will get you the results you want.

You don't have to be perfect at it, just move forward, even when you struggle or get off track.
