Pair it all with a creamy hot chocolate, and you've got the perfect ritual for a restful evening. | | The Ultimate Hot Chocolate | | This creamy hot chocolate is always a winner—rich, velvety, and made with just 5 simple ingredients. | | SERVES: 2 TIME: 10 minutes INGREDIENTS 250ml oat milk (or any plant-based milk) 40g 70% cocoa dark chocolate, roughly chopped 1 tablespoon coconut sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla extract pinch of flaky sea salt
| | METHOD 1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until simmering; reduce the heat to low and whisk in the chocolate, sugar, vanilla and a pinch of salt (to taste). 2. Continue to whisk occasionally for around 3 minutes, until the chocolate has melted and the hot chocolate is thick, rich and creamy.
