Last week, I shared my goals for March with you. You can see them here. This week, I'm happy to report that I've been doing great with sticking to them. I have to give a shoutout to the amazing support and motivation from the Facebook Group, it really helps to keep me accountable.
Here's how I did this week:
✅ I had a smoothie and mason jar salad every day. You know how much I love my fruits and veggies, they make me feel like I can take on the world!
✅ I'm still keeping my coffee creamer intake in check, which is a huge win for me. I did have a couple of sneaks during the week, but nothing like it was before.
✅ Exercise is where I can improve. I'm finding it hard to push myself, but I'm still doing the time. It's mediocre and I work up somewhat of a sweat, but nothing to write home about.
✅ I'm on track to finish all of my big work projects for Q1. The Freezer to Flourish Bundle is done and next week I'll be setting up my new Shopify store so you can access all of my digital products.
