Look no further for the BEST peach crisp! Perfect flavors, perfect texture, and you can make it two ways!

Want to make it in the oven? Check.
Want to avoid the heat of the oven and make it in your slow cooker? Check.
I provide instructions for both methods and both ways are thoroughly delicious.

You can use fresh, canned, or frozen peaches or substitute a different fruit or berry entirely. Serve it with ice cream, whipped cream, or coconut cream for a non-dairy option and you're all set for a sweet experience that will bring a smile to your face!

This has been a reader favorite for years and with summer bumper veggies still among us it's the perfect time to make some of this phenomenal relish.

The first time I tried it when I walked into a Harry & David store in Seattle, Washington not longer after I moved to the U.S.. They were giving out tasters: their Sweet Pepper & Onion relish mixed with cream cheese and spread on crackers. It was SO good! I bought a couple of jars and immediately went to work to recreate it at home.

This relish is also wonderful as a glaze for chicken or pork. Just slather it on and bake it. It's delish! And it also makes the perfect gifts - your friends and family will love you for it!

Last Week:

The flavors of Morocco come together in this irresistibly delicious Moroccan Chicken Salad!

I developed this recipe several years ago and it has remained a personal favorite. I LOVE this chicken salad! The interplay of delicious flavors, both savory and sweet, along with the contrasting textures make this a real winner and it has been a hit wherever I've served it. It's perfect as a sandwich filling or served on a bed of lettuce leaves!
