Today, we're really excited to introduce our simplest meal plan yet, a prep-free 3-day meal plan, perfect for if you want a quick reset this summer.
To make healthy eating that bit easier, this plan doesn't require any prep in advance and makes clever use of leftovers; providing you with 6 meals across the 3 days, all ready in under 30 minutes.
Each day of this meal plan is nutritionally balanced – meeting your daily energy, micro and macronutrient requirements, including protein and fibre – helping you feel energised and nourished in 3 days.
We now have 9 meal plans on the feel better app, ranging from 3-7 days and 1-2 person servings.
Aiming to keep cooking time to a minimum and to reduce food waste, our meal plans make clever use of leftovers and include a minimal waste shopping lists; providing you with nutritionally balanced, deliciously simple recipes, all ready in under 30 minutes.
Wherever you are on the globe, there are now meal plans designed for every season. From fresh and light days of smoothies, salad bowls and stir-fries, to warming and grounding porridge breakfasts, creamy pastas and bean stews, our meal plans cover all your seasonal preferences.
