Happy Saturday! Now that June is here, you're probably seeing a glut of strawberries at your local market, and I want to turn you onto a few of our favorite recipes. I want to share three of our favorite recipes with you. They're simple to make, only lightly sweetened, and big on flavor. Here's where to start: - Strawberry Tarts. There's a crisp, almond-scented shell, creamy mascarpone filling, and it's piled high with fresh berries.
- Strawberry Yogurt Bowls. These yogurt bowls, filled with strawberries and touched with mint and other add-ins, are a springtime favorite in our house.
- Strawberry Mint Sorbet. This honey-sweetened sorbet is easy to make, and has a light floral note. You can make it with both fresh and frozen berries, too.
