Hi reader!
If there's one thing my dear husband Ben could do every single day of his life and not get sick of it, it's smoke meat. The man is capital O-bsessed with his Big Green Egg and will fire it up at the mere hint — a whisper, even — of someone having a craving or need for something smoked.
That said, when I mentioned to him that I wanted to share a recipe for Smoked Chicken Wings for the Super Bowl this year he immediately knew what to do and, in fact, already had a recipe in mind!
Behold (via Ben) the best Smoked Chicken Wings of our lives! The key to these sizzling, smokey, flame-kissed, and crispy — yet ultra juicy and tender — wings is a soak in a flavorful yet common ingredient before smoking. I'm 100% confident you've got in your fridge at this very moment.
Best of all, you can make Smoked Chicken Wings with a charcoal grill if you don't own a smoker. Clear a spot in your food spread this Sunday for these irresistible wings!
