Update on available vocational tests slots on 3 November 2021

Update on available vocational tests slots

To support the government's plan to tackle the current shortage of vocational drivers we are giving you an up-to-date picture of test availability in your area.

This week there are:

  • 426 appointments in the Midlands
  • 710 appointments in North of England
  • 687 appointments in Scotland
  • 1,099 appointments in London and South
  • 209 appointments in Wales

You can use the trainer booker service to book these vocational appointments, which can be used for HGV, bus and coach tests.

We currently have 22,094 vocational tests booked. There were 546 unsold vocational test appointments last week.

We all have a crucial role to play in helping to tackle the current worldwide HGV driver shortages.

The booking service is constantly changing, so all the figures above might have changed by the time you read this email.
