Who got you crying like that? (Pssst it’s onions)

Hey reader reader,

 Welcome to a new series where I'll be sending you an email exclusive tip/recipe every Wednesday!

Here's today's Tip/Kitchen Hack:

ONIONSSSS! Love the vegetable, hate the prep! If you are one of the millions who love the flavour, texture and versatility of onions, then you know what I'm talking about πŸ™†πŸΌ

But don't worry! I am sharing a super SIMPLE method to help you with your onion prep. Follow this and say no to onion tears!

First things first, start your prep with peeling onions.

  • Next, place the onions in a bowl of water and place the bowl in the fridge.

  • Allow it to refrigerate for 20-30 minutes while you finish up all your other prep.

  • And that's it. Remove the onions from the fridge, chop away and I guarantee you there will be no tears!
