Controls to use after most coronavirus restrictions are removed in Scotland

On 9 August, Scotland moved beyond level 0 which means physical distancing rules no longer apply. 

Employers must still control the risks and review and update their risk assessment.

 

You should make sure the measures identified by your risk assessment take account of any updated public health regulations and guidance for the nation you are working in.

 

The Scottish government has guidance on staying safe and protecting others in businesses and workplaces.
