| Hello again! Back-to-school season is in full swing over here, so I've been busy getting back into our pick-up & drop-off schedule, and prepping fast breakfast options and snacks so that my kids will have something easy to grab. This week, these Flourless Peanut Butter Muffins have been a big hit. We still have a few more weeks of summer recipes ahead, but if you follow me over on Instagram or Facebook, you've probably also seen that I started testing pumpkin recipes this week! Fall is my favorite time of the year, so you can expect to see lots, and lots, of Fall-inspired food soon.
