Hello my friend!
Today I'm talking about popcorn.
Now if you don't know by now, I have a slight obsession with popcorn snack mixes.
I tend to gravitate toward the sweet end of the snack pool, and making a sweet and salty popcorn snack mix is my favorite thing in the world.
So I present to you Unicorn Popcorn!
It's brightly colored. It's adorable. It's addictively fun and delicious. And it only takes minutes to make.
I can't imagine a prettier treat than this-and the kids will absolutely love helping make it!
I like to start just about every popcorn snack mix by coating freshly popped popcorn in vanilla candy coating (or white chocolate) and then sprinkling on some extra fun accessories like cookies and candies.
This simple Unicorn Popcorn is no different!
I coat my popcorn with a vanilla candy coating that I've colored myself (so I don't have to use those candy melts from the craft store) and sprinkle on a bit of salt, a variety of unicorn-themed sprinkles, and finish strong with a handful of iced animal cookies.
The result is a kaleidoscope of colors, textures, magic, and deliciousness.
This popcorn is perfect if you're hosting a unicorn themed birthday party or if you're giving a popcorn gift basket to your favorite unicorn enthusiast.
I'll leave the recipe below--but be warned, this stuff is powerful and might not make it to your party guests.
Take Care!
Michelle, Tim, and D.
