The Best Way To Make The Perfect Meatball!
When making meatballs, use an ice cream scoop. I prefer the 1½-inch size.
When making meat patties (like burgers or tuna cakes) use a 1/3 or a ½ measuring cup.
Spray a little cooking spray in the ice cream scoop/measuring cup (or dip it in water) now and then.
The water and cooking spray will keep the meatballs from sticking to the measuring devices.
