Available for public comment May 26 - June25 The Washington State 5-Year Consolidated Plan and annual Action Plans determine priorities, establish strategic goals, and allocate resources for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funds. HUD programs described in these plans are administered by the state Departments of Commerce and Health. These programs include the state Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), HOME Investment Partnership (HOME), Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA), and National Housing Trust Fund (NHTF). The 2021 Action Plan draft is now available for public comment and includes the allocation of program funds for the 2021 fiscal year. The 2021 Draft Action Plan is available for review here and open for input during a 30-day public comment period from May 26, 2021 until June 25, 2021.
