This tasty pulled pork can be made in the slow cooker (for a set-it-and-forget-it all day cooking method) or in the Instant Pot for quicker cooking. Leftover pork freezes well and reheats great (from fridge or frozen).
Even the side dish (broccoli!) cooks in this all-in-one sheet pan meal. It's delicious served with cheesy drop biscuits or easy peasant bread. If the chicken is patted dry really well, this meal can be assembled on the sheet pan several hours in advance (reserve the cracker topping and sprinkle on right before baking).
This meal is surprisingly easy! And for quicker cleanup, I've started lining the pans with parchment. This is one of my kids' favorite meals of all time. Lots of readers have made this with chicken instead of shrimp.
This pizza dough makes delicious pizza, calzones, or pizza rolls. The dough can be made ahead of time -if doing so, cut the yeast in half, and before it bulk rises, place it in a covered container (with room to rise) in the fridge for up to 12 hours.
The leftovers of this pasta make excellent lunches (I eat it like a chilled pasta salad). The grilled chicken for this dish can be made a day ahead of time.
