It's the time of year when I start thinking about St. Patrick's Day. I love a reason to celebrate, especially with delicious food. So in the weeks leading up to St. Paddy's, I'll find any excuse to make fun green, rainbow, and otherwise themed treats. The desserts I'm sharing today are big hits with both kids and adults, although I have included a couple with boozy ingredients that you may want to leave out if you're sharing with kids.
The treats below are perfect for parties, bake sales, and more. Keep an eye on my emails for the next few weeks for more St. Patrick's favorites, including dinner and breakfast recipes!
Rainbow Cupcakes with Vanilla Cloud Frosting
Rainbow cupcakes are delicious and add a beautiful pop of color to the dessert table. They are perfect for celebrating St. Patrick's Day with a little rainbow magic!
This is a perfect boozy, chocolatey treat! Adding Irish alcohol like Baileys and stout beer adds a warm, caramel-like flavor and pairs perfectly with the chocolate.
