| Hi everyone, it's JB here again! We are going back to back sweet this week after the Peach Crumble Muffins, because here is the one you've been waiting for....BANANA BREAD! It took a while to finalise but it's finally here. It's got a really crispy golden top, caramelised sides and the inside is soft with big banana flavours. Slice it, toast it, butter it and stuff your face with it. Bon appétit! - Chef JB
