I love a good brunch moment! Whether it's for something special like Easter or a baby shower, or just a simple Saturday morning with friends. Breakfast food is some of the best food (sweet, savory, cheesy, carby!) and I love to see a table full of people gathered around it. ❤️
These are the brunch recipes I put on the menu when I'm hosting a group. Some can be thrown together and served out of one pan for ease, others can be assembled however your guests see fit (LOVE a breakfast sandwich spread for that), and all of them are simple, easy, and super delicious.
Here's to brunch! Here's to spring! Here's to feeding all our favorite people!
I like to serve all the ingredients for this one in an assembly line and let everyone build their own! And that garlic butter tomato sauce is what really takes it over the top. Wowza.
Another one-pan favorite! Roast up the filling (eggs, peppers, potatoes) and let people roll up a burrito with lots of toppings. Highly recommend serving with crema and salsa, and/or creamy chipotle sauce!
I once made these pancakes for our entire street, in my driveway, using my Blackstone and it was... AWESOME. The batter can be scaled for a group, and you can use (or not use) any add-ins you want!
Simple, delicate, and just a little step up from your standard green salad. The fresh dill and tarragon, the pickled red onion, the zippy vinaigrette... it's perfection. Love this as a side with that croissant egg bake!
