Welcome back to Supersize Me! I love asparagus for breakfast. Is that weird? I find it odd that we eat specifically fruit and not veg with our carbs in the morning. I’m a big fan (huge!) of an ultra-simple tomato salad first thing during summer (I'm talking just a drizzle of olive oil and salt), and I do love asparagus with eggs.
