Hello Friends! With a steady 5 star review and over 600 comments, my light brioche hamburger buns is one of the most popular recipes on my blog. I published it over 10 years ago! ✨✨✨ They are soft, fluffy and perfect for all kinds of sandwiches and BBQ fare (I love eating them warm right out of the oven). Heads up: these hamburger buns are made with instant yeast, not sourdough. Why? It's one of the first brioche recipes I ever learned, which is great for beginners. Once I mastered it, I moved on to sourdough which changed the overall look, taste and feel of the original recipe. Both versions are excellent, just different, which taught me a lot.
