Hi reader
I hope you had a great week!
I'm coming off our 5-Day Reset Challenge and feeling really motivated to keep going. Honestly, what's been keeping me going most is seeing all the photos in our Facebook group—mason jar salads, smoothies, and those water jars lined up on the counter.
There's something about seeing others doing the work right alongside you that just clicks. If you're not in the group yet, we'd love to have you—join us here.
💪 My Goals This Week
I know I've said it before, but I'm sticking with the same goals this week. And that's the point—the real progress comes from consistency. In the beginning, you might need to experiment a bit to find what works. But once you've found your rhythm? Don't overcomplicate it. Just keep showing up for yourself.
🏃♀️ Exercise
This area has been tough for me lately. I'll get in a good groove for a week and then let it slide because work and life take over. But I always feel more focused and less anxious when I make time to move, so I know how important it is.
Last week I got in 2 workouts—not terrible, but not where I want to be. So this week, my goal is 5 days of movement, following the workout plan inside my 30-Day Workbook Bundle. It's flexible and doable, which is exactly what I need right now.
💧 Hydration
I'm starting each day with my usual blueberry smoothie and adding in collagen and cottage cheese for extra protein. And I've got my two 32-ounce mason jars ready to go—filling them each morning with water and making sure I drink them both by the end of the day. Keeping it simple and just staying consistent here.
🥗 Protein + Fiber First
I'm building all my meals around protein and fiber, especially dinner. That doesn't mean I'm skipping carbs—I still enjoy whole grains—but my focus is making sure the base of every meal is filling and balanced. This approach has really helped keep my energy stable and cravings in check.
🏠 Home Organization: Hot Zones
Last week I tackled a big one—my closet and dresser drawers. I spent a few hours on Sunday going through everything and cleaning it up. It felt so good to finally get that done. Not only did it clear physical space, but it cleared mental space too.
This week, I'm focusing on creating a simple home cleaning routine. Right now, my husband and I spend most of Saturday cleaning, grocery shopping, and doing all the "adulting." I'd rather spread out the cleaning during the week so we can actually enjoy the weekend more.
This isn't just about saving time—it's also about creating an environment that helps me feel calmer and more productive. When my space is in order, my mind is too.
🍽 What's On My Meal Plan This Week?
Here's what I've got prepped and planned for meals this week:
🫐 Blueberry Smoothie. Yes, it's on the plan again. I know it's not exciting, but it works for me and I love it. If you're looking to change it up, try the Tropical Smoothie or the Cherry Chocolate Smoothie. Both are great options depending on your mood.
🥗 Protein Power Salad. This salad has been in heavy rotation lately. I like keeping my breakfast and lunch super simple—it takes the guesswork out of the day and helps me stay on track. If I get bored, I'll switch it up, but right now this is working, so I'm sticking with it.
🍽 Dinners. . For dinner, I'm pulling recipes straight from the 10-Day Healthy Eating Challenge Guide (part of the Healthy Eating Challenges Kit). These meals are easy to prep ahead, and I love being able to mix and match components throughout the week. Here's what I'm making:
These are the kinds of meals I keep coming back to. Once you build up a few solid recipes that you can prep in batches, the week feels way more manageable.
That's it for this week! If you're working on building routines, staying consistent, or just trying to find a rhythm that works—you're not alone. Keep showing up for yourself in small ways, and the big changes will follow.
