I Tried the Viral Dubai Chocolate Bar People Can’t Stop Raving About, and It’s Better than Promised

The O.G. dupe that started it all.

It's creamy. It's crunchy. It's nutty. It's chocolaty. It's the Dubai chocolate bar. This viral candy bar, dubbed the "Dubai Chocolate Bar" by TikTok users, contains silky milk chocolate stuffed with shredded crispy knafeh and pistachio cream.  Originally created by FIX Dessert Chocolatier under the aptly named "Can't Get Knafeh of It," the now-iconic chocolate bar has since sparked a global frenzy and inspired a flurry of pistachio-chocolate desserts from brands like Lindt Chocolate (more on that below), Shake Shack, and Ghirardelli. TikTok is, of course, also entering the chat. Naturally, there's been a surge in pistachio cream-stuffed bars across the internet. The O.G. FIX bars are currently only available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In lieu of spending 13 hours and close to $1000 on a flight, we did the next best thing we could think of: We sampled as many Dubai-inspired chocolate bars as we could find.
