To address this, the Tripartite (WHO, FAO and WOAH) has developed a Workforce Development Operational Tool (WFD OT). This webinar will explain the overall approach for workforce development, and introduce the key components of the tool and how it can be used and how official workforce can be strengthened for more effective One Health operationalization.
