πŸ‘Ž Which is worse: nutrisystem, weight watchers, optavia?

So many programs focus on weight loss. I'm sure you've heard of them…
 

  • Nutrisystem sends meals to your doorstep, but what if you don't like what they send? What if you're allergic? Are you going to eat Nutrisystem meals to celebrate a job promotion?
  • Weight Watchers assigns points to food - eggs, fruits, vegetables, fish, beans, and popcorn are all zero-point foods - but they all have calories. Thinking it's a free-for-all will ultimately lead to weight gain.
  • Optavia relies on shakes and bars. That's great for a few days, but what about Easter dinner? Are you seriously bringing a bar to the table and skipping out on jello molds and resurrection rolls?


All these programs have one thing in common: None of them teach you how to choose foods that nourish YOU and make YOU feel good.

After over a decade of diets and yo-yo weight loss, working with Tiffany is life-changing.
