We opened the doors to NOURISHED + STRONG this morning and the response has been overwhelming. My heart is full, and I cannot wait to help these women feel beautiful and confident in their skin!!
I copied the details from this morning's email below in case you missed it, but I also want to share a story from Heather.
Many of you have a story similar to Heather, and I think you can relate. I've been in her shoes too and I know having a solid nutrition plan and encouragement from a coach can make all the difference.
A little backstory, I had some health issues after my third baby and did not bounce back to my 'normal' self like I had with my other pregnancies. I ended up gaining weight during this time and hit the highest numbers on the scale that I've ever seen. I was even trying to eat well and exercise, but nothing seemed to work. I was stuck gaining and losing the same 5 lbs for over a year. I felt bloated, tired, and worn out.
Then I started working with Tiffany, and everything changed! She guided me in eating the right amounts of food that would fuel my body and help me lose fat.
It wasn't an overnight fix, there were a few weeks learning how to track my food properly, understanding what foods have the nutrients that I need, and adjusting my mentality to pursue my goals.
Once those pieces clicked into place, I saw changes on the scale and in my body composition that I hadn't seen in a long time. It motivated me to keep moving forward, even through social engagements, holidays, and traveling.
Tiffany helped me so much with not just the understanding of food and macros, but also the emotional elements of changing my habits. Never once did I feel judgment for my food choices or days when I was just off. Instead, she encouraged and gently nudged me in the right direction to build a better relationship with food.
