My own body transformation (w/pics)

Hi Reader,


I'm sharing pictures with you today that I haven't shared publicly… ever.

Why would I want the whole world to see me when I'm physically not at my finest? ♥

But that's the whole point… I want you to see me practice what I preach, and to see the strategy I teach inside NOURISHED + STRONG in action.

Fall 2023: Tired. Frustrated. My clothes were tight. Had been trying to lose the same 5-10 pounds for nearly 15 years.

January 2024: Promised myself no more dieting. I committed to a lifestyle change, LEARN the basics of science-based data, and how to change the shape of your body.

Stopped the negative talk. No more "I feel fat" or "this food is bad" speaking between my ears.

Used the scale as one of several tools instead of letting it dictate how I felt that day.

February 2024: I had been IMPLEMENTING what I learned and began my first real deficit with a start date, an end date, and macros to follow. I was feeding myself well and preserving muscle. 

April 2024: Created SYSTEMS to make life easier. Kids, family, house, work, farm… my plate was FULL and if I wanted to be successful, I had to streamline.

May 2024: End of deficit. Lost 11 pounds and 12 inches. Was proud of myself for making it the entire 12 weeks, being consistent, not perfect. Showing up even when I was tired, doing the best I could for that day.

September 2024: Back from a cruise, vacation, two birthdays, and an anniversary. EVALUATED the data to determine my new maintenance. I was keeping the fat off, which is something I had never done before!

November 2024: Eating at the high end of maintenance, focusing on building muscle. The scale is up 3-5 POUNDS more than at the end of my deficit. Can barely tell in the photos. ;)

The principles I teach inside NOURISHED + STRONG are the same principles that allowed me to lose 11 lbs and 12 inches in 12 weeks, and KEEP IT OFF for 8 months.

Working with Tiffany as a nutritional coach has been great! She knows her stuff and is willing to look up additional information and resources when needed. This has been particularly helpful for me as I navigate improving my nutrition and overall wellness while recovering from gestational diabetes and while breast-feeding.

She is also quite encouraging and holds me accountable even when I'm tempted to cheat regarding the goals I set for myself! With her help, I am already seeing progress in areas where I have long-attempted to move forward, but have been staled by self-sabotage.
