New Steak, Tapas & Grill Menu at Cocina Restaurant nestled in the Casa Hotel, Chesterfield. Inspired by Spanish culture and social dining, the menu focuses on Tapas & Grill, featuring quality ingredients and providing flavoursome plates of food. [AD|INVITE]
We were kindly invited to the beautiful, and at the time very festive, Cocina Restaurant nestled in the Casa Hotel, to try their new and improved menu. What a treat!! The restaurant is super cosy and elegant, a really nice venue for a treat or a special occasion. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, especially the steaks which were juicy and melt-in-the-mouth. The only comment I have is that some of the desserts feel a little over-priced for what they are.
At Cocina, their meat is cooked in a Josper Grill, which imparts a smokey flavour, resulting in tender, juicy, and fragrant meat. They use the finest cuts of meat including home reared Belted Galloway rare breed cattle from their very own Walton Lodge Farm Estate. The other meals offered on the menu also use the finest, freshly sourced ingredients.
