Here's the plan!

Every year I used to try a different diet in January.

After trying again and again and again and again, I finally realized that the problem wasn't me... the problem was diet mentality. 

What do I mean by this?  

The reason I had to re-lose those pesky 10 pounds every year, only to gain it back plus an extra pound or two, was because I wasn't following a plan for long-term results.
